PC Solution, Inc. does not in any circumstance give or provides a refund,
no exceptions unless a product it’s defective by the manufacturer.
That
means that our company policy remains active until the company decides
otherwise. The buyer does have the right to inspect the product that is being
purchased from our company upon arrival of their facility within 5 to 7
business days after receiving the product.
The
buyer must give the company notice of any claim with respect of the condition
or quality of the product that is being purchased. The customer has only 14 days from upon the time they
received the purchased product to return the purchase product to gain or
receive store credit (shipping charges are non-refundable). This policy
does not apply to purchase products that are only defective by the
manufacturer. Our company warrants all of our products for 6 months and
only exchanges or replaces any purchased product if proven and tested
to be defective by the manufacturer. (Up to
6 months only)
A
valid receipt or invoice is necessary, the purchased product must be
intact, and all of its components such as instructions manuals, software,
hardware parts, and accessories must be intact as well, for all returns to
receive a refund/store credit or
warranty on a product if it is defective by the manufacturer.
The
buyer is responsible for shipping charges on any return products. Failure of
the buyer to comply with these terms with the time set forth will terminate the
agreement of all prior understanding or agreements on the subject dealing with
the product that is being sold and purchased.
